This Privacy Policy explains how the Pismo Beach Conference & Visitors Bureau (“we,” “us”) collects, uses and shares information through experiencepismobeach.com (the “site”), and the choices you have. It applies to this site only. The businesses, lodging properties and event organizers we link to have their own policies.

When you visit the site, our analytics service records how the site is used: pages viewed, time on page, the site that referred you, your browser and device type, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. How long we keep information

We keep newsletter details until you unsubscribe, contest entries only as long as the contest and any prize fulfillment require, and messages as long as needed to respond. Analytics data is kept for a limited period set in our analytics settings and then deleted.

Children

This site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
