The Classic at Pismo Beach

Get ready for one of the largest classic car shows in the country. Every spring the Classic at Pismo Beach draws thousands of visitors. Car lovers gather for a busy weekend with hundreds of show cars, live music, great food, and quality beach time.
The Classic at Pismo Beach brings car lovers from all over the world to our beach town. Classic cars take over the streets and major names like CarQuest, Mother’s Polish, Ford Motor Co., and Budweiser roll in with big rigs. What started in the early ’80s has become one of the best classic car shows on the West Coast.
The event also gives back. The Just Cruzin’ Life Foundation, through a live auction, raises money for causes like Folds of Honor, Ronald McDonald House, and the Pismo Beach K-9 Unit.
Admission is free to attend, but those looking to show vehicles must register with event organizers.

- Beer Gardens: Open daily for guests to relax and sip local brews.

- Official Classic Cruise: See 200 cars roll through the streets of downtown Pismo on Saturday evening.
- Awards & Judging: Peer judging and the exclusive “Gold Class” awards highlight the best of the best.

Thursday
VIP Cocktail Hour at Vespera Resort, with BBQ dinner, beer & wine, raffles, and live music. Tickets are sold online only.
Friday
Beer Garden & Vendors open all day, with live music in the afternoon.
Saturday
Opening Ceremony with Color Guard
Beer Gardens open with live music throughout the day
Charity Auction on the Sponsor Lot Stage
The Official Classic Cruise from Price & Pomeroy in the evening (cruise stickers required)
Sunday
Show and Shine

Top Tips for Visitors
- Arrive early—parking and streets will be full!
- Staying in town helps so you can walk everywhere. Parking will be full in town.
- Obey all posted signs and parking regulations.
- Want to cruise? You must have an orange cruise sticker to participate in Saturday’s event.
- Sign-ups for each year’s show go live one month after the previous event.
